I am a retired Nurse who loves curling up with a good mystery novel . experimenting in the kitchen with family recipes (my apple pie is legendary—secret ingredient: a dash of cinnamon and a lot of love), and staying active with yoga classes that keep me flexible in body and spirit.
I’ve traveled to 15 countries so far, from the beaches of Italy to the markets of Morocco, and recently took up watercolor painting—my latest masterpiece is a sunset over the Grand Canyon that I’d love to share. Weekends find me gardening in my backyard oasis or volunteering at the local animal shelter, where I’ve adopted two rescue cats who rule the roost.
